When patients arrive with multiple medications, have the learner answer:
What drug goes with what problem?

It may be helpful to activate clinical reasoning by further asking:
- What do we learn about the patient's history from these medications?
- Which of these medications most affects today's presentation?
- Which of these medications could be interacting with each other?
- Which of these medications might need to be changed?
